Do you offer product customization?
Yes! We offer full customization including logo embossing/debossing, color options, hardware selection, dimensions, lining material, and custom packaging. Our design team can work from your artwork or help you create a design.
What are typical lead times for bulk orders?
Standard lead times are 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated with a premium. We also offer sample production (1–2 weeks) before bulk manufacturing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we export to 50+ countries worldwide. We work with leading freight forwarders for air and sea shipments. DDP, FOB, and CIF terms available. We handle all export documentation.
What payment terms do you offer?
For first orders, we typically require 50% advance and 50% before shipment. For regular clients, we offer Net 30–60 payment terms. We accept wire transfers, LC (Letter of Credit), and other trade finance options.
Can you provide samples before bulk production?
Absolutely. We produce samples/prototypes before bulk production so you can approve quality, design, and specifications. Sample costs are typically adjusted against your bulk order payment.
